Equinox is Ready to Roll!
Equinox performance Triple 3 1/3" invisible vent soffit provides 9.6" of net free air intake per foot. When installed, in conjuction with proper roof ventilation, the air circulates through your attic. The uniform air intake and exhaust provides a consistent flow of air to the underside of the roof deck staving off the potential for early roof failure. This rigid .044" panel has a 1/2" panel projection for sharp definition and is available in Frost, Bone, Ivory, Sandalwood, Sandcastle, Brownstone, Satin Grey, Flagstone, Lite Maple, Ash and Dark Brown. The non-vented panel is available in Frost only. At 34sq./crate, this high performance product is ready to move out and on to your truck today!
Project Picture Perfect
Mitten is proud of our quality products and we guarantee the long lasting beauty of every home sided with our products. In order showcase our customers' homes and our premium quality products, Project Picture Perfect has been launched in an effort to get some new, fresh photos. It will reward both the contractor and the homeowner for submissions worthy of professional photography. Should a home be selected, the homeowner will receive a $50 gift card to a local restaurant and could be entered into VSI's national awards program. Winners of the VSI Awards of Distinction contest receive a copy of the awards publication and the authorized Mitten contractor will receive a plaque in recognition of his installation excellence. The contractor also has the opportunity to win $1000 for entries chosen to be professionally photographed.

For 24 years, the Vinyl Siding Institute, Inc. (VSI) has sponsored the Awards of Distinction program to honor companies for outstanding projects that use vinyl siding. Award winners showcase the design versatility, quality performance and beauty of vinyl siding, and feature products certified through the VSI Vinyl Siding Product Certification Program. Mitten has had winning entries for the past four years! This year's winning entry came from BSZ (Builder Supply Zone) by contractor John Heddon in Dalton, GA. Mitten introducted four new colors for 2007: Hearthstone, Prairie Gold, Stratus and Clay.
In addition to this matrix, Board & Batten is also available in Sage and 6" Beaded Vented Soffit is available in Brownstone and Satin Grey.

"After our 35 year old, 8" aluminum siding had been damaged by hail, we wanted to maintain the style that wider siding provides and were frustrated at first, with how limited the selection was. Most suppliers or contractors we talked to could offer only 4 inch wide versions and the wider options seemed to be only the ultra expensive and heavy treated fiber/wood product.
It was by chance that we stopped into this showroom and Marc from Ultimate Renovations told us about a new product that was available from Mitten that spring. Immediately we realized this was the answer for us, and a few months later ours was the first home in Edmonton to have the product installed. That was in the summer of 2005 and we've come to appreciate the look and the durability more each month and each season. It is easy to keep clean, looks great all the time, and resists the bumps that come from bikes and snow shovels. We've long ago lost count of the neighbours who want to know what we did to the "dented white siding" and they are always surprised that this is a vinyl product. We have several friends who are in the midst of building new homes or renovations and once they get into choosing the siding they really appreciate the alternative this product provides. We're very pleased with the look and value InsulPlank provides and can certainly recommend it to anyone considering the product.
